I&I Group Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Mr. Paiboon Kujareevanich as Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee

I&I Group Public Company Limited informed that Mr. Paiboon Kujareevanich has resigned from the position of Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company with
the reason of resignation being the engagement in other business. The resignation will be effective from November 30, 2023 onwards. The Board of Directors is seeking a qualified person to replace the vacant director position.
