On January 18, 2023, Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on January 18, 2023. The dividend is payable on February 13, 2023, to shareholders of record as of January 30, 2023.
