Meet the team at Hilton Orlando. Team Members at this hotel recently went above and beyond to help save the day for a guest and her service animal - Bergen, a Standard Poodle (pictured above enjoying his stay!) - upon their departure.

The guest had called for a ride to the airport, but was denied by the taxi driver when he arrived, as he was 'allergic to dogs'. After arguing her rights, and still being denied the ride, the guest was very upset. To make the situation worse, she missed her flight.

Luckily, attentive Team Members jumped into action to help. The hotel's manager of security saw the distraught guest and immediately called the airline to explain the situation. She was granted a free flight home, and the hotel provided her and Bergen a complimentary ride to the airport - even helping her and her 115 lbs. of luggage to the check-in counter. The guest was so happy and grateful that she cried tears of relief.
