GenFlat Holdings, Inc., formerly Healthcare Business Resources, Inc., is engaged in container technology, specializing in collapsible containers. The Company develops collapsible marine containers, replacing traditional standard marine containers. Its collapsible marine shipping containers (GenFlat Container) are manufactured by China International Mariner Containers (CIMC) in Dalian, China. The GenFlat Container is engineered to be a substitute for the standard marine container. Once four GenFlat containers are stacked and locked together, they can be lifted as a single unit, ready for multi-modal transport. The GenFlat container makes for multi-modal transport by train, ocean vessel or over the road truck.
