Deng Jiebin and Yu Yongdeng agreed to acquire 60% stake in Guangdong Vanward New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. from Guangdong Vanward New Electric Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002543) for CNY 6.2 million on December 12, 2022. Guangdong Vanward New Energy Technology has reported total assets of CNY 82.663869 million and net assets of CNY 3.543423 million on November 30, 2022. As per the terms of agreement, Deng Jiebin will acquire 40% stake and Yu Yongdeng will acquire 20% stake in Guangdong Vanward New Energy. The board of Guangdong Vanward New Electric has approved the transaction on December 12, 2022. The transaction does not need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for consideration.

The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
