On June 2, 2024, Golub Capital BDC, Inc. Board of Directors declared a series of special distributions totaling $0.15 per share, to be distributed in three consecutive quarterly payments of $0.05 per share per quarter, based upon the following schedule: Special distribution #1 of $0.05 per share, payable on June 27, 2024, to stockholders of record as of June 13, 2024, Special distribution #2 of $0.05 per share, payable on September 13, 2024, to stockholders of record as of August 16, 2024, Special distribution #3 of $0.05 per share, payable on December 13, 2024, to stockholders of record as of November 29, 2024.
Golub Capital BDC, Inc. is an externally managed, non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Company's investment objective is to generate current income and capital appreciation by investing primarily in one stop and other senior secured loans of United States middle-market companies. It also selectively invests in second lien and subordinated (a loan that ranks senior only to a borrowerâs equity securities and ranks junior to all of such borrowerâs other indebtedness in priority of payment) loans of, and warrants and minority equity securities in, United States middle-market companies.
