BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has declared to the AMF that on January 9 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of Getlink's share capital, and now holds 4.99% of the share capital and 4.10% of the voting rights of Eurotunnel's parent company.

The American asset management giant explained that this threshold crossing was the result of an off-market and on-market sale of Getlink shares, as well as a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
