(Alliance News) - Assicurazioni Generali Spa announced Tuesday its intention to launch a EUR500 million share buyback plan, which will be submitted for approval at the April shareholders' meeting.
On Monday, Assicurazione Generali closed in the green by 0.4 percent at EUR20.52 per share.
