Gayatri BioOrganics Limited is an India-based company that is primarily engaged in manufacturing units of Starch, Modified Starches, Liquid Glucose, Sorbitol, and its allied products. The Company’s products include sorbitol, starch, liquid glucose, gluten, corn fiber, germ, Bio-Theen-G, Bio-Oxide-G, Bio-y-Dext and Bio-w-Dext. The Company operates through the Maize Processing segment. Maize starch is basically a carbohydrate which is used to manufacture tablets, as a binder and used as a substitute for cellulose. Liquid glucose is used in making jams, jellies and chewing gum to prevent their cane sugar ingredient from crystallizing. Maize starch is used in the food, paper, pharma, and textile industries. Its sorbitol has a capacity of approximately 8550 tons per annum and maize crushing of approximately 54000 million tons per annum (MTPA). The Company has manufacturing plants located in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
