As the first software in Vietnam operating under a shared service center model, FPT SPro helps businesses and organizations standardize and digitize their internal processes on a single platform, offering managers and employees new digital experiences. With FPT SPro, users actively manage and report their progress via an internet-connected device wherever they are.

FPT SPro has been applied at FPT IS (a member company of FPT) since January 2018 and become the only channel to receive and process requests here. This helps restrict information exchange on multiple channels, reduce errors and save time. In 2020, the system has solved more than 32,000 tasks, helping FPT IS to operate effectively, without interruption, especially in the context of social distancing.
