From October 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016, the company has repurchased 29,518 shares, representing 0.17% for $0.67 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 5,242,124 shares, representing 31.74% for $100.29 million under the buyback announced on September 17, 2001.
First Community Bankshares, Inc. is a financial holding company, which provides banking products and services through its wholly owned subsidiary First Community Bank (the Bank). It operates in community banking segment, which consists of all operations, including commercial and consumer banking, lending activities, and wealth management. The Bank offers wealth management and investment advice through its Trust Division and wholly owned subsidiary First Community Wealth Management.
