Finolex Cables Limited announced Cessation of Mr. Shishir Lall (DIN 00078316) as Non- Executive Director, Mr. Devender Kumar Vasal (DIN 06858991) as Non-executive, Independent Director, Mr. Jayaram Rajasekara Reddy (DIN 07838591) as Non-executive, Independent Director, Mr. Yatin Y Redkar (DIN 07799478) as Executive Director - Operation and Mrs. Kavita Upadhyay (DIN 08333952) as Non-executive, Woman Independent Director effective 29 September 2020.
