Nanjing Chixia Development Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600533) agreed to acquire remaining 40% stake in Nanjing Xingyue Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. from Everyday Network Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300295) for 42.4 million on August 27, 2020. Post acquisition, Nanjing Chixia Development Co., Ltd. will hold 100% stake in Nanjing Xingyue Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. As of December 31, 2019, Nanjing Xingyue Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. has total assets of CNY 1.1 billion, net assets of CNY 99.6 million and net loss of CNY 0.35 million. The transaction has been approved by the 17th meeting of the 7th directorate of Nanjing Chixia Development Co., Ltd.
Everyday Network Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the provision of network information services of real estate and home furnishing industries. The Company mainly provides real estate online to offline (O2O),home furnishing O2O, community O2O, and Internet financing services, as well as research and consulting services, among others.
