> 6/01/2014

Eiffage has secured an €80 million contract for the design and construction of an annex to Gabon National Assembly in Libreville, through its Eiffage Construction subsidiary.

The project comprises two 10-storey buildings which will contain 482 offices. It also includes a conference room and more than 300 surface parking spaces, with a total area of 30,340 sq. m.
The necessary work is to be performed within 27 months.

This project is covered by Eiffage's international development strategy targeting, in particular, the African continent where the Group handed over the future Dakar motorway in Senegal in August 2013 and is currently carrying out earthworks at the container terminal at the port of Lomé in Togo and work on two power transmission lines in Senegal which are aimed at enhancing the security of power supplies to the capital city of Dakar.
