Ecopetrol SA Names Jorge Gabino Pinzón Sánchez to the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board

Ecopetrol SA announced that, pursuant to its bylaws, Jorge Gabino Pinzón Sánchez, an independent member of the Board of Directors since December 6, 2012, will join the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board. Mr. Pinzón will become a member of both committees on January 30, 2013.
