Dong Yang Piston Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A092780) signed a contract to acquire Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Enclosure and Manifold Block Business from Wooshin Ind. Co., Ltd for KRW 3.9 billion on November 28, 2018.

Dongyang Piston Co.,Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of engine pistons for internal combustion engines.
