City & Land Developers, Incorporated Announces Reorganization of the Board of Directors

In a special meeting held on September 05, 2022, the Board of Directors of City & Land Developers, Incorporated adopted and approved the reorganization of the Board of Directors effective September 05, 2022 as follows: Mr. Cesar E.A. Virata as Chairman of the Board from independent director; Dr. Andrew I. Liuson as Vice Chairman of the Board from the chairman of the board; and Mrs. Grace C. Liuson as Deputy Vice-Chairman of the Board from Vice chairman of the board.
City & Land Developers, Incorporated is a Philippines-based real estate company. The Company is engaged in acquiring and developing suitable land sites for residential, office, commercial, institutional and industrial uses primarily, in accordance with the subdivision, condominium, and cooperative concepts of land-utilization and landownership. The Companyâs projects are located in Metro Manila. Its completed projects include One Taft Residences, North Residences, Manila Residences Bocobo, Grand Emerald Tower and Pacific Regency. The One Taft Residences is a 40-storey mixed residential, office and commercial condominium. The North Residences is a 29-storey commercial and residential condominium is located at EDSA (beside WalterMart) corner Lanutan, Brgy. The Manila Residences Bocobo is a 34-storey commercial, office and residential condominium located along Jorge Bocobo St., Ermita, Manila City. The Grand Emerald Tower is a 39-storey commercial, office and residential condominium.
