City & Land Developers, Incorporated reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 1.76 million compared to PHP 0.841655 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 271.05 million compared to PHP 170.19 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 108.66 million compared to PHP 46.59 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.0667 compared to PHP 0.0272 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.0667 compared to PHP 0.0272 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 3.72 million compared to PHP 3.17 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 1,012.97 million compared to PHP 419.65 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 339.46 million compared to PHP 106.78 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.219 compared to PHP 0.0635 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.219 compared to PHP 0.0635 a year ago.
