City & Land Developers, Incorporated announced that during the special meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 13, 2023 through teleconferencing, the Board of Directors approved the following: The retirement of Ms. Melita M. Revuelta as Vice President, Alternate Compliance Officer & Alternate Corporate Information Officer and Head of the Internal Audit Department effective December 31, 2023. The appointment of Ms. Hazel Anne C. Paule as Head of the Internal Audit Department effective January 01, 2024.
City & Land Developers, Incorporated is a Philippines-based real estate company. The Company is engaged in acquiring and developing suitable land sites for residential, office, commercial, institutional and industrial uses primarily, in accordance with the subdivision, condominium, and cooperative concepts of land-utilization and landownership.
