  • 　　As recently reported, China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd (CSCEC 5th Bureau) has won the bid for Changsha Yuening Avenue (Yuelu Section) PPP Project, with the length of 17.48km and the investment value of 1.135 billion yuan. It is the first PPP Project of Xiangjiang New District, the national-level new district.

    　　Starting from Pingshan of Leifeng Township and ending at the Intersection of Ningxiang County Bus Terminal South and Ningxiang 2nd Ring Road, the Yuening Avenue has the total length of approximately 33km, which will greatly help advance the progress of 'City Integration' upon completion.(from CSCEC 5th Bureau)
