* BARRATT: Britain's largest housebuilder Barratt Developments on Friday said it had agreed to sell 604 homes to Citra Living Properties, a subsidiary of Lloyds Banking Group for 168.4 million pounds ($212.57 million) in cash.

* PENDRAGON: Pendragon on Friday said non-executive chairman Ian Filby intends to step down from the British automotive retailer to pursue other interests.

* CENTRICA: British

* PETROFAC: Petrofac

that Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) had awarded the London-listed oilfield services firm a $700 million contract to undertake work at the state oil giant's Habshan Complex.

* CAR OUTPUT: Britain's car production rose for a fourth straight month in May, driven by higher demand for electric vehicles, according to an industry body.

* RSV: The director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention signed off on the use of new vaccines from Pfizer and GSK to prevent severe respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infections in older adults.

* SAINSBURY's: British supermarket group Sainsbury's said it was cutting the price of own-brand milk for the second time in three months.

* INFLATION: Key determinants of British inflation such as wage growth and core goods prices are on track to slow, creating no need for further interest rate rises, Bank of England policymaker Silvana Tenreyro said.

* THAMES WATER: Thames Water appointed corporate veteran Adrian Montague as chairman.
