The Board of Directors of CAZ (Thailand) Public Company Limited ("the Company") No. 3/2023 on 10 March 2023 has passed the resolution as Acknowledged the resignation of Ms. Nita Treeweernuwat (which represents a major shareholder from Takuni) from the Director and Executive Committee Member due to personal reason which effective on 10 March 2023 onward.
