Cameo Communications, Inc.'s board of directors resolved to appoint the following as member of Remuneration Committee: Name of the new position holder: Zhengting Chen; Ming Jyi Jang; and Zhen Yu Li. Resume of the new position holder: Zhengting Chen/Head of Jiahe United Accounting Firm; Ming Jyi Jang/Chairman of Tai Jun Biotech Co. Ltd.; Zhen Yu Li/Manager of Clco Conference Consulting Ltd. Effective date of the new member: July 18, 2023.
