Cameo Communications, Inc. announced the resignation of Mr. Arens Chiang as member of the Remuneration Committee of the company with effect from April 1, 2023.
CAMEO COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture, processing, assembly and distribution of computer network system equipment and related components. The Companyâs primary products include network interface cards (NICs), switches and routers, wireless local area network (WLAN) cards, as well as WLAN access points, routers, broadband routers and other products. Its products are mainly used in the connecting of computers to local area network (LAN) and WLAN, as well as the transferring of electronic files. The Company is also involved in the provision of maintenance services. The Company mainly distributes its products in domestic market and overseas markets, including the Asia-Pacific regions, the Americas and Europe.
