FRANKFURT (dpa-AFX Broker) - A downgrade by Exane BNP Paribas caused Bechtle shares to fall to a low for the year of 41.40 euros on Monday. Most recently, the drop amounted to 5.4 percent. Analyst Martin Jungfleisch expects growth "in slow motion" and is therefore now voting "underperform" with a target price of 38 euros. He expects economic weakness in the most important markets and a sluggish transition to Windows 11.

Meanwhile, following the announcement of share buybacks, Cancom shares reached a new annual high of 33.40 euros by a wafer-thin margin. They are up around 13 percent in 2024, while Bechtle has lost a good 8 percent./ag/mis
