Transition in Products and Clients Management
B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ("B3" or "Company") informs that Luiz Masagão Ribeiro Filho will join the Company in the second half of 2024 to take on the leadership of B3's Products and Clients area. Currently, this unit is under responsibility of Vice-President Juca Andrade, who will leave the Company's leadership team after a transition process to dedicate to personal projects.
Juca, who joined the Company in 2016, was instrumental in the strategy of expanding products and segmenting clients, in financial education initiatives, and in consolidating a customer-centric business approach.
B3 acknowledges and thanks Juca for his commitment and involvement in the planned and structured succession process and for his leadership and commitment since the creation of the Company.
To Luiz Masagão Ribeiro Filho, who will take on the new challenges, B3 wishes success and many achievements.
