Aucfan Co., Ltd. (TSE:3674) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 100,000 shares, representing 1.02% of the outstanding shares for ¥80 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment and to improve capital efficiency and shareholder returns. The program will run until April 30, 2019. As of December 31, 2018, the company had 9,772,669 shares outstanding and 142,331 shares in treasury.

The Media segment is involved in the operation of aucfan.com which is a shopping comparison and search site and education and individual support service named Oakfan School. The Marketplace segment is involved in the handle of stock disposal and sale of channel expansion support for corporations, as well as the operation of NetPrice which is business-to-consumer (BtoC) marketplace. The Solution segment is involved in the provision of service for corporate companies to improve business efficiency and expand business performance. The Incubation segment is involved in the investment of related businesses, as well as the provision of consulting services for these businesses.
