Aucfan Co., Ltd. (TSE:3674) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 100,000 shares, representing 1.01% of the outstanding shares for ¥80 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment, enhance capital efficiency and improve shareholder returns. The program will run until the next shareholders' meeting conclusion date. As of August 31, 2018, the company had 9,861,800 shares outstanding and 53,200 shares in treasury.
