Asiana IDT, Inc., Asiana Airport Inc. and Asiana Abacus Inc. acquired an additional 18.4% stake in Kumhoresort Co., Ltd. from Kumho Terminal Co., Ltd. for KRW 40.6 billion on April 29, 2016. Under the terms of the deal, 2.9 million shares are acquired at an offer per share of KRW 14148. Kumho Terminal sold 2.9 million shares of Kumhoresort. Asiana IDT acquired an additional 1.3 million shares and how holds 4.1 million shares representing 26.6% stake. Asiana Airport purchased an additional 1.1 million shares and now holds 2.3 million shares, representing 14.6% stake in Kumhoresort. Asiana Abacus acquired an additional 0.5 million shares and how holds 10% stake in Kumhoresort.
Asiana IDT, Inc., Asiana Airport Inc. and Asiana Abacus Inc. completed the acquisition of an additional 18.4% stake in Kumhoresort Co., Ltd. from Kumho Terminal Co., Ltd. on April 29, 2016.
Asiana IDT Inc. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of maintenance, repair and operations services. The maintenance, repair and operations services include application outsourcing and infrastructure services. The infrastructure services include infrastructure consulting, infrastructure design and construction, data center integrated operation and computerized facility environmental safety diagnosis services, among others. The Company also provides IT services such as IT consulting and system integration (SI) services. It includes information strategic planning (ISP) services, building and operating systems including hardware (H/W) and software (S/W), among others. IT services apply to airline, airport, transportation, construction, finance and manufacturing industry. In addition, the Company is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of systems.
