KUMHORESORT Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 750,000 shares at KRW 20,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 15,000,000,000 on July 28, 2014. The company will issue the shares at a premium of 300% of its face value. The company will issue the shares to its existing shareholders. The company will issue 0.0493107 shares per one existing share in the company. The scheduled subscription period will commence and end on August 28, 2014. The payment date and the scheduled date for the delivery of the shares as part of the transaction are expected on August 28, 2014.
August 18, 2014, the company announced that the transaction will include participation from an existing investor, Asiana Abacus Inc. for 51,259 shares for gross proceeds of KRW 1,025,180,000. The board of directors have approved the participation of Asiana Abacus Inc. in this transaction.
Asiana IDT Inc. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of maintenance, repair and operations services. The maintenance, repair and operations services include application outsourcing and infrastructure services. The infrastructure services include infrastructure consulting, infrastructure design and construction, data center integrated operation and computerized facility environmental safety diagnosis services, among others. The Company also provides IT services such as IT consulting and system integration (SI) services. It includes information strategic planning (ISP) services, building and operating systems including hardware (H/W) and software (S/W), among others. IT services apply to airline, airport, transportation, construction, finance and manufacturing industry. In addition, the Company is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of systems.
