Update on MB Siphon 1 Vessel
Background/Description of the Disclosure
Further to the Company's disclosures dated May 6, 2022 and May 31, 2022 on the status of the repair of the MB Siphon 1 vessel following the incident involving the storm Meji (where water entered the pump and caused a short circuit in the vessel's breaker), the Company is pleased to announce that the necessary spare parts required for the vessel to become operational already arrived in the Philippines and are currently undergoing customs clearance. The earliest date that the spare parts could be released to the Company is by July 14, 2022.
Further disclosures will be made at the proper time and as soon as there are updates on the matter.
