The following shareholders: (i) Hyung Rae Doo, (ii) Lloyd Reagan C. Taboso, (iii) Napoleon M. De Leon, Jr., (iv) Daniel Chua Go and (v) Joanna B. Co, have agreed with the Underwriter that they will not, without the prior written consent of the Underwriter, sell, assign or in any manner dispose of their Shares for a minimum period of 180 days after the Listing Date.
