ANGI Homeservices Inc. Announces Changes in Chief Financial Officer, Effective January 1, 2021

ANGI Homeservices Inc. announced that Chief Financial Officer Jamie Cohen will step down effective January 1, 2021 to pursue an outside opportunity. IAC Chief Financial Officer Glenn H. Schiffman will also assume the role of interim ANGI Homeservices Chief Financial Officer as the company conducts a search for a permanent replacement. Mr. Schiffman previously served as Chief Financial Officer of ANGI Homeservices from September 2017 through March 2019 when Ms. Cohen was announced as his successor. Ms. Cohen will remain in her current role as Chief Financial Officer of ANGI Homeservices through the end of the year before moving to an advisor role for the next few months to ensure a smooth transition.
Angi Inc. connects home service professionals with consumers across approximately 500 different categories, from repairing and remodeling homes to cleaning and landscaping. The Companyâs segments include Ads and Leads, Services, Roofing, and International (includes Europe and Canada), and operates under multiple brands including Angi, HomeAdvisor, and Handy. Ads and Leads segment provides service professionals the capability to engage with potential customers, including quoting and invoicing services, and provides consumers with tools and resources to help them find local, pre-screened and customer-rated service professionals nationwide for home repair. Services segment provides a pre-priced offering service, pursuant to which consumers can request services through Angi and Handy branded platforms. Roofing segment provides roof replacement and repair services, primarily in Florida. International segment operates international businesses, such as Travaux, MyHammer and Werkspot.
