Kelly Greenwood

Ms. Kelly Greenwood is a Principal at Skoll Foundation.
Ms. Greenwood career has included a mix of both for-profit and nonprofit experience.
Most recently, she was a consultant in the San Francisco office of the Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit strategy consulting firm.
There, she worked with various foundations and nonprofits on issues such as overall strategy, performance measurement, and scenario planning, as well as on internal knowledge initiatives.
She also served as a co-facilitator of the Diversity Dialogues, a forum intended to build community and inclusion within Bridgespan through personal sharing.
In addition, Ms. Greenwood has done strategy, process, and operations consulting at both A.T.
Kearney and Accenture in a variety of industries, including two pro bono projects.
She spent the summer after business school volunteering in Vietnam at a microfinance organization.
As a REDF Farber Intern during business school, she worked on the national expansion plan for Juma Ventures, a youth-related social enterprise in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Immediately after college, she volunteered as an English teacher in rural Costa Rica and interned at two women’s issues nonprofits, one in London and one in her hometown of Washington, D.C.
Ms. Greenwood graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Duke University with a BA in Psychology and Spanish and a minor in Women’s Studies.
She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, where she was a leader of the Social Impact Club.
