Yieh United Steel Corp. (GTSM:9957) (Yusco) mulls to buy Outokumpu Oyj (HLSE:OUT1V)'s subsidiary ThyssenKrupp Acciai Speciali Terni S.p.A., attempting to expand its global layout. Acciai Speciali Terni was put up for sale as Outokumpu offered to divest it to win competition authority approval for its purchase of ThyseenKrup''s stainless steel arm Inoxum.
The sales price of the Acciai Speciali Terni is estimated to be lower than €500 million.
