Yeou Yih Steel Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 640.69 million compared to TWD 434.93 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 40.09 million compared to TWD 3.73 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.44 compared to TWD 0.04 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.44 compared to TWD 0.04 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,736.64 million compared to TWD 1,602.89 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 84.09 million compared to net loss of TWD 10.78 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.93 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.12 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.93 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.12 a year ago.
YEOU YIH STEEL CO., LTD is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the heat treatment, leveling, cutting, acid jetting and processing of stainless steel products. The Company is also involved in the processing and trading of various steel and iron products, as well as the trading of machinery and hardware fittings. The Company provides primarily stainless steel plates.
