Yao Sheng Electronic Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 309.17 million compared to TWD 273.35 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 99.48 million compared to TWD 20.93 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.87 compared to TWD 0.48 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.87 compared to TWD 0.48 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 891.24 million compared to TWD 713.44 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 158.33 million compared to TWD 30.88 million a year ago. Yao Sheng Electronic Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of transformers and inductance coils. The Company provides transformers and inductance coils, which are applied in liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors, power supply units, notebook computers, mobile phones, digital cameras, personal digital assistants (PDAs), televisions and other devices. In addition, it also provides light emitting diode (LED) lighting products. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets.
