Yao Sheng Electronic Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 213.113 million compared to TWD 231.112 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 5.427 million compared to operating loss of TWD 7.220 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 10.564 million compared to TWD 4.675 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.24 compared to TWD 0.13 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 631.419 million compared to TWD 627.809 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 534,000 compared to operating loss of TWD 62.216 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 10.966 million compared to net loss of TWD 47.516 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.26 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 1.39 a year ago.
Yao Sheng Electronic Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of transformers and inductance coils. The Company provides transformers and inductance coils, which are applied in liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors, power supply units, notebook computers, mobile phones, digital cameras, personal digital assistants (PDAs), televisions and other devices. In addition, it also provides light emitting diode (LED) lighting products. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets.
