Yantai Luorun Trading Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 19 million in an equity round of funding on May 11, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investor YanTai Yuancheng Gold Co., Ltd. to retain 100% stake in the company. After the capital increase, the registered capital of the company will change from CNY 1 million to CNY 20 million.
The transaction has been approved in ninth meeting of the tenth board of directors of shareholder.
