Yamauchi Consultant Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire an additional 7.01% stake in Yamaya Corp. (TSE:9994) from Hiroaki Yamauchi on December 9, 2013. Yamauchi Consultant already holds 1.65 million shares of Yamaya Corp.
As a result of transaction, Yamauchi Consultant will hold 22.2% stake in Yamaya. Hiroaki Yamauchi's holding in Yamaya Corp. will go down from 1.09 million shares to 0.33 million shares.
The deal is expected to close on December 10, 2013.
