Yaizu Suisankagaku Industry Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2812) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 600,000 shares, representing 4.87% of the outstanding shares, at ¥606.6 per share, for ¥606.6 million. The purpose of the program is to implement an agile capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until February 8, 2021. As of January 30, 2021, the company had 12,317,746 shares outstanding and 738,452 shares in treasury.
