Worleyparsons Limited Appoints Roger Higgins as A Non- Executive Independent Director and Member of the Nominations Committee and Health, Safety and Environment Committee, Effective February 20, 2019

WorleyParsons Limited announced the appointment of Doctor Roger Higgins as a Non- Executive Independent Director to the Board of Directors effective 20 February 2019. Roger will become a member of the Nominations Committee and Health, Safety and Environment Committee. Roger has extensive experience in mining and operations and has previously held senior executive positions with Teck Resources Limited, BHP Billiton and Ok Tedi Mining Limited.
