WOOSHIN SYSTEMS CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of car body assembly line systems for welding processes. The Company operates its businesses through automobile equipment segment, which provides car body assembly line systems; automobile parts segment, which manufactures automobile doors, and pipe material segment, which distributes polybutylene (PB) pipes. On July 1, 2013, the Company acquired a 100% stake in DBI Inc., mainly engaged in the manufacturing, processing and sales of vehicle parts.
