WILLTEC Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7087) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 80,000 shares, representing 1.27% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), at ¥1,556 per share, for ¥124.48 million. The purpose of the program is to implement an agile capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until August 12, 2021. As of July 31, 2021, the company had 6,275,969 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 31 shares in treasury.
WILLTEC Co.,Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing support business, construction support business and EMS business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Manufacturing Support segment is mainly engaged in the manufacturing contracting and dispatching business, the mechanical and electrical engineer dispatching business, and the repair service business. The Construction Support segment conducts construction engineer dispatching business. The EMS segment includes contract manufacturing and electronic parts wholesale. The other businesses include support for the disabled, livestock industry business and overseas businesses.
