WEED, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced operating loss was USD 215,252 compared to USD 6.186 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 176,633 compared to USD 6.290 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.0016 compared to USD 0.06 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.002 compared to USD 0.06 a year ago. For the nine months, operating loss was USD 3.871 million compared to USD 24.492 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 3.855 million compared to USD 24.599 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.03 compared to USD 0.23 a year ago.
WEED, Inc. is engaged in the business involving the purchase of land and building commercial grade cultivation centers to consult, assist, manage and lease to licensed dispensary owners and organic grow operators on a contract basis, with a concentration on the legal and medical marijuana sector. The Company and its subsidiaries are focused on various business opportunities in the cannabis and hemp field, including, but not limited to both indoor and outdoor grows, cultivations and harvest for research, product development, processing and manufacturing of both Pharma and non-Pharma products, services, therapeutics, and treatments on a global basis for both the medical cannabis and hemp global market space.
