Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 4,332 million compared to PHP 3,803 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 8,804 million compared to PHP 8,288 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 2,824 million compared to PHP 523 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.222 compared to PHP 0.041 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.222 compared to PHP 0.041 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was PHP 7,922 million compared to PHP 6,392 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 17,479 million compared to PHP 16,349 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 5,010 million compared to PHP 2,740 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.395 compared to PHP 0.216 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.395 compared to PHP 0.216 a year ago.
