Vistara Network Private Limited and Telexcell Enterprise LLP signed a share purchase agreement to acquire a 73.93% stake in Vintron Informatics Limited (BSE : 517393) from Goodworth Build Invest Private Limited for INR 57.9 million.

Vistara Network Private Limited and Telexcell Enterprise LLP signed a share purchase agreement to acquire a 73.93% stake in Vintron Informatics Limited (BSE : 517393) from Goodworth Build Invest Private Limited for INR 57.9 million on June 10, 2022. In a related transaction, Vistara Network Private Limited and Telexcell Enterprise LLP made an offer to acquire a 26% stake in Vintron Informatics Limited for INR 25.47 million. Pursuant to share purchase agreement, Vistara Network Private Limited will acquire 28,962,725 equity shares representing 36.96% and Telexcell Enterprise LLP 28,962,726 equity shares representing 36.97% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Vintron Informatics.

The acquisition will be funded from own funds.
