Village Roadshow Announces Extension of Talks with BGH

On July 28, 2020, Village Roadshow Ltd. announced that it had a 3rd extension of talks with BGH Capital with a deadline of August 4. Further, the company added that the Company led by Gold Coast-based CEO Clark Kirby, first announced exclusive talks with BGH on May 18 with an offer on the table of $2.40 per share, well down on its previous $4 per share offer.
