Sembcorp Solar Vietnam Pte Ltd agreed to acquire 245MW Renewables Portfolio in Vietnam from GELEX Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE:GEX) on November 10, 2023. Transaction is subject to regulatory and other approvals. Transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2024.
