VGI Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Maneeporn Siriwatanawong as Independent Director, Member of the Audit Committee, and the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

VGI Public Company Limited announced that Mrs. Maneeporn Siriwatanawong has tendered her resignation from the positions of Independent Director, Member of the Audit Committee, and the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee due to her other business engagement. The resignation is effective from 31 July 2021 onwards. In this regard, the Company will appoint the qualified and experienced Independent Director to replace the vacancies.
